After experiencing and witnessing what the wrong advice or lack of advice does to an individual within the immigration process, Noush & Co is here to make a difference.
Hi, my name is Shadnoush and I am the founder of Noush & Co. Firstly I would like to thank you for visiting our page. I’m sure you’re asking yourself what is so different about her practice to all those other ones out there? Well, I can answer that question for you.
I moved to the UK when I was 11 and in order to be able to reside here legally, I myself had to go through the immigration process. My journey to becoming a British Citizen wasn’t an easy one through no fault of my own. I have gone through the appeals process, left the country to obtain a new entry clearance, and spent almost 20 years of my life, as well as thousands of pounds, to be able to be here.
Then in 2014, I was given the opportunity to work for the UK Visa & Immigration myself. During my time working at the UKVI, I soon realised the vast majority of people who had issues with their immigration status and had to go through the courts and tribunals, or even worse having to leave the UK, had ended up there due to either lack of proper advice or were ill-advised.

I have witnessed solicitors advising people they have no options left but to leave the country where there were options

I have seen solicitors advising that a client should undertake the English Language test where the client was clearly exempt,

I have seen advisors charging £5,000 to just advise there are no options but to claim asylum where clearly the client had other options available.
Having seen all of this I decided I wanted to use my expertise and experience to make a difference. I am not a law firm where only a small part of my practice is immigration, nor am I an advisor whose main interest is to generate capital.
My main aim is to give clear, honest, and sound advice to each client based on their circumstances and I want to do that because I care. I know how it feels to feel hopeless and have no options available. I know how stressful the entire process of immigration is when it really shouldn’t be.
Whether you want to come to the UK to visit, work, study or even to make the UK your permanent home I am able to do this.
